Сөз таптарының орын басуы әдетте ағылшын және орыс тілдерінде сөз қолданулары және сәйкестік нормаларына байланысты болды. Кейде сөз таптарының орын басуы орыс тілінде сәйкес мағынасы бар сөз табының жоқ болуынан да пайда болады. Мысалы: The actions of Congress and North Carolina and Tennessee statesmen aided by gifts of wise conservationists, have set his land aside as Great Smoky National park – Тенесси және Солтүстік каралина штаттарының мемлекеттік қызметкерлерімен конгрестік және табиғатты сүйіп, оны сақталуының барлық маңыздылығын түсінетін адамдардың зор еңбектерінің арқасында Смоки – Хилл өзенінің жағасындағы бұл алқап ұлттық саябаққа айналды.
